Step 5.

SUMMARY
As in summary

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect gamepad (was connected with bluetooth)
2. In system settings go to 'Input devices' -> 'Gamepads' (I may be incorrect in names)
3. Select gamepad if needed
4. Move left stick and observe 40-50% CPU usage in htop
5. Disconnect gamepad and observe 100% CPU usage

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal CPU usage.
