# Applies to Neon Packages and Flatpak If Regional Settings / Formats set to Türkiye, Elisa won't launch at all. If it is changed from Türkiye to Default (C), it will launch but won't play any music. I tested this with neon-user-20201126-1349 and Elisa's both snap and flatpak versions in Discover. Choosing Türkiye/Turkish while installing OS prevents user from Elisa. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Fresh installation of KDE Neon 2. Choose Türkiye and Turkish 3. Installation finishes 4. Successful boot into Neon with unfinished Turkish translation 5. Install Elisa using Discover (flatpak or neon pack. do not matter) OBSERVED RESULT 6. Open Elisa, instantly closes Optional 7. Change region from Türkiye to Default in System Settings 8. Open Elisa, do not play any music. Constantly shows rotating animations EXPECTED RESULT 6. Open Elisa, will show libraries or able to play music opened using Dolphin SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.20.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I reinstalled from the same iso onto same device with default regional settings, Elisa works just fine.
Gross. Can you paste the terminal output when you run elisa by executing `elisa` in a terminal window?
