Video example

When I deactivate and / or activate the second screen, all windows move to the newly activated secondary monitor
Especially the maximized windows

It also happens with KDE applications, such as Kmail
Also I have already activated the setting "allow Kde applications to remember the positions of their windows"
And placement of the windows I put: under the mouse

It happens when I turn on the secondary monitor

The windows should remain on the current monitor

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.4

I have been told that the problem is because the secondary monitor is on the left
