SUMMARY
Brush Assigned Tag Broken after Modify and Overwrite Brush.
After modifying and overwrite a brush with an assigned tag, the brush wouldn't show up in the tag filtered brush preset docker.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose a brush with an assigned tag(example. brush with "myfavourites" tag)
2. modify its properties (any properties), then press "Overwrite Brush"
3. Set the tags filter to tag that the brush assigned. ("myfavourites")

OBSERVED RESULT
Now the Brush would disappear from the "myfavourites" tag filter, but when you check it still have "myfavourites" as assigned tags.

EXPECTED RESULT
The brush should've still exist in the "myfavourites" brush preset list.

Removing and re-adding the brush to the "myfavourites" tag didn't fix the problem, but it will show up In another tag if you assigning it to a new tag.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 10
