Description dawson.michael 2020-12-01 09:33:56 UTC
SUMMARY
Using crop ([Edge Crop]/[Crop/Scale/Tilt]) and/or a Position Effect ([Transform]/[Position and Zoom] causes blurriness even without scaling.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a cropping effect (eg crop a single portrait from a zoom meeting)
2. Add an effect to move the cropped video

OBSERVED RESULT
The cropped video is blurry. The blur is added by both effects. The crop will blur depending on the aspect ratio, and the position effect will just add a blur like it was shrunk to 25% then regrown with a bad scaling algorithm.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect no change in quality if I do not warp the video.
