SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable "Open window on program start", apply setting
2. Close yakuake
3. Start yakuake

OBSERVED RESULT
Window opens

EXPECTED RESULT
Window should not open

I can confirm this with Yakuake 21.08.0 on a new install.
