Description Piotr Mierzwinski 2020-11-30 00:18:41 UTC
SUMMARY
I'm able to rename file placed in mounted nfs recourse in mc (Midnight Commander), but cannot do it in Dolphin. Rename option is disabled in context menu, F2 keyshortcut doesn't work. I don't understand why this option is disabled in advance and user cannot try to do it and in the worst case just get error message.

Directory mounted with following parameters in /etc/fstab:
  nfs timeo=14,rw,intr,nosui

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open mounted nfs resource
2. Try to rename file
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot rename file. Option is blocked in advance.

EXPECTED RESULT
If I'm able to rename in other file manager (like mc) then I should do it also in Dolphin

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
