Created attachment 133597 [details]
see how filters applied to the face features layer etc.. aren't imported into Krita.

SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open an SVG image that contains filters on paths, objects or groups

OBSERVED RESULT

note that the filters aren't applied on the vector layer

EXPECTED RESULT

That SVG filters, at least, would have been supported in Krita seeing as Krita had native filters itself that could be used.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Maybe could work with Inkscape on this one to provide more uniform filter support across applications.
There is also an OpenCL implementation of SVG filters available on the net that we are looking at integrating within Inkscape rendering engine to some extent, performance and foot-print permitting.

Yes, that feature hasn't been implemented yet. It's not a bug; it's just a missing feature.
