SUMMARY When notes applet is right-clicked, the context menu opens and closes quickly, and does the same later whenever you left-click or right-click anywhere else on the desktop. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Right-click on notes applet. 2. Any-click anywhere else on the desktop. 3. Watch the menu come and go. OBSERVED RESULT I have attached the result as a video. EXPECTED RESULT Clipboard controls should appear when you right-click the text area. The appearance menu should appear when you right-click somewhere without the text. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon (Ubuntu base 20.04) Plasma 5.20.3 KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.76.0 Qt Version: 5.15.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I think both appearance menu and clipboard controls menu try to open when we right-click on the applet.
Works for me. Looks like your video attachment didn't come through. Can you try again?

Huh, that's odd. Thanks for the screen recording. I still cannot reproduce the issue, but I believe you.:)
(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #4) > Huh, that's odd. Thanks for the screen recording. I still cannot reproduce > the issue, but I believe you.:) LOL yeah that was so weird What's weirder is that I can't reproduce it again either!
...Oh! Did you upgrade your system or any KDE packages at all? Did anything change since you reported it?
(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #6) > ...Oh! Did you upgrade your system or any KDE packages at all? Did anything > change since you reported it? It only happened twice to me on that PC. And now I got a new AMD PC with Vega. Not facing that issue here. I am not very sure what I did that day when the issue happened but I remember that I just removed Kvantum.
Thanks for the update, Niranjan. Let's close this ticket, and if you see this issue again, please re-open.
