SUMMARY
From what someone told me, currently the only available options are Fingerprint or Fingerprint and a password. Could you please add an option for either fingerprint or a password?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up fingerprint
2. Lock computer and see that it requires both/fingerprint only to log in.
3. Scanner refuses to work so you cant log in.

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to log into my pc, requiring an os reinstall

EXPECTED RESULT
The ability to log into my pc even if the scanner fails to read my finger.

This would need to be done in SDDM: https://github.com/sddm/sddm/issues/284

There is an open pull request: https://github.com/sddm/sddm/pull/1220

So it will get done eventually. :)
