SUMMARY
Currently "Devices" sections of Places panels of Dolphin and file open/save dialogs are different.
We can see the following differences in the attached screen recording:

1. "Devices" section of Places panel of Dolphin shows disk usage bars all the time, file open/save dialogs only show them on mouseover.

2. In Dolphin we see red disk usage bars when the device has low free space, in file open/save dialogs the bars are always in blue.

3. In Dolphin the bars are thinner than in file open/save dialogs.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Devices" section should be the same in Dolphin and file open/save dialogs.
I prefer the "Devices" section of Dolphin. :)
