Here I have to add new mouse every time I relogin

SUMMARY

After upgrading to Plasma 5.20.2 I have to keep re-adding my mouse because it doesn't reconnect automatically neither if I click reconnect. It used to work before but now it only works with only newly added device and only until next restart or hibernation.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add new bluetooth mouse device
2. Reboot
3. The mouse doesn't reconnect even after manually requesting it
