SUMMARY
% character in hard drive folder name prevents album being displayed

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add folder to collection that contains % character in name
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
album is not displayed even if renamed in collection settings dialog

The problem can be reproduced on Windows.
