Trying to enter a password at a certain network, and networks juggle around

I want to connect to a new wireless network, in this case Bause-31.
While typing the password the order of networks changes, but the input box does not change its position. So I continue typing the pw on a completely different network!
While the order of networks continues changing, the situation as shown in the screenshot appears
Expected result:
password box remains at selected network while typing
