device notifier popup appearing

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable the option "open popup when new device is plugged in" is Device Notifier settings;
2. Mount a external drive (all my external drives are protected by LUKS encryption. I don't know if this make a difference).


OBSERVED RESULT
The popup appears.

EXPECTED RESULT
The popup not appearing if user has disabled "open popup when new device is plugged in".

This is not happening anymore in KDE 5.21.4. The option is working as intended.
