I googled a little. You have probably installed faulty i18n-git packages. Install standard i18n packages. Maik
Indeed it could be that, i18n-git as it seems the package installed by default on Manjaro, but can't confirm it yet as my Manjaro distribution only shows the i18n-git version and not the i18n in the officials repositories, I guess it's Manjaro fault here, I am contacting Manjaro, and meanwhile changing this STATUS to "NEEDSINFO" and will back later.
