SUMMARY
When I open some folder with very difference filename length, the tab width will differ too much to use. Need a setting to limit minimum width, thank you.

Can you clarify if you want to have a minimum width or a maximum width? In the former case, it would be a duplicate of bug 413707.

Roughly as bug 413707 Saurav Sengupta's report.
When tabs still not full all tabbar width, the tabs with short dirname are narrow now. If exclude close button, just only 2/3 area can be click. And the tabs with long dirname are too wide at the same time. I feel that isn't easily to switch tabs. 
As Firefox has suitable width when just few tabs. The long dirname maybe not have to show all. I think that is benefit for Dolphin, Thank you!
