The "arrow" button

Offering to add the next functions:
1. Custom icons size setting
2. Rearranging icons, including an "arrow" button.

One issue/request per bug report please. :)

You can already make the icons scale with the panel width. Manual re-ordering is something that has been considered at various times in the past but decided against, sorry. :) See Bug 384782.
