Description Antonio Rojas 2020-11-15 09:49:36 UTC
SUMMARY

After updating to 5.76, the home toolbar icon (in eg. falkon or dolphin) is no longer monochrome and it stands out among the rest of them. My toolbar icon size is 32.

Looks like the go-home icon got a colorful 32px version in 5.76, which means it now gets used.

So in one respect, from a technical perspective this is expected. However clearly it's not the expected UX. We would ideally have all monochrome 32px icons, or all colorful ones, but we don't easily. See Bug 417969. We need to finally figure that out.

As a local workaround, the home icon could be changed to `go-home-symbolic`.
