ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This has worked in the past, but hasn't for some time.

Note that "disable the context menu to insert URLs as text by default, enable the corresponding options on the Mouse tab in the profile settings dialog." doesn't work. It's is always disabled.

Works here

Settings->Manage Profile->select one profile and "edit"->Mouse->Miscellaneous->uncheck the "Disable drag & drop menu for files & URLs" option-> Apply or Ok.

Select the profile you changed and test it.

Sorry, wasn't my intention to change this status, just see if it works for you.
Comment 3 Ferry 2020-11-15 15:43:21 UTC
I see. Something is mixed up with the profiles.
I used Settings->Manage Profile->default and "edit"->Mouse->Miscellaneous->uncheck

default is the checked profile (and the only visible profile), but apparently not the current profile.

When I now tried Setting->Edit current profile it appears an unvisible profile is the current, and when I modify the setting it works.

Seems the behavior of profiles may be confusing, but working as intended.
