SUMMARY
Popup timer looks like it shouldn't
It's a fresh system with no themes, but I remember that it used to look normal a few days ago
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Receive any notification 

OBSERVED RESULT
The circle around the close button looks too thin.

EXPECTED RESULT
The circle line should be wider.

Gone after Qt update
