SUMMARY

On 175% scaling the scrollbar of the Clipboard manager or the Networkmanager looks weird: 

It looks like the gray non focused track is split in half: the left half is on the right side and the right half on the left.

I have seen this when using fractional scale factors in Plasma, yeah. Currently using 200% and unable to reproduce.

Yay! I guess porting to PlasmaComponents3.ScrollView fixed it.
