Created attachment 133299 [details] gdb backtrace If I logout from Plasma, I get a black screen with mouse pointer. Meanwhile I switched to a TTY session and found out that there were two plasmashell processes: one gave the following GDB trace, the other had no trace. I can reproduce only in Xorg session, not in Wayland session Plasma 5.20.3 KDE Frameworks 5.75.0 Qt 5.15.1 (compilato con 5.15.1)
Concerning the tag "Fedora RPMs", I am not using an official Fedora release, but a so called Fedora Copr repository owned by Yaroslav Sidlovsky https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/zawertun/kde/
Logging out produces a black screen with moveable black mouse cursor. System retains ability to go to a tty. But logout does not produce the installed gui theme. Invoving a tail command: tail --lines=25 ~/.local/share/sddm/xorg-session.log produces a GDK error: Gdk-ERROR **: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)
This is also happening to me with Fedora 35. Interestingly, there are two accounts and one can log out OK and the other produces this situation.
Can you try again with the Plasma 5.25 beta or the 5.25 final release in a month? Thanks!
