SUMMARY
OTF and TTF are listed twice

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Open Systemsettings/Fonts/Font Management 
2.Click on Set Criteria  
3.Go to File Type

Are you sure it is a duplicate? Removing "A" from "A || B || A" expression doesn't change its result.
