applet not detect hardware

SUMMARY
When opening the session, the audio applet is in disabled mode.
It does not seem to find the audio material.

This is something that has been recurring every time I log on since I changed my cpu.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I can't give a reproduction step as this is something that happens while the KDE sessions are loading.


OBSERVED RESULT
Audio applet is disabled

EXPECTED RESULT
Audio applet can access to audio hardware.

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon

Can activate harware access by restart plasmashell
