Klipper incorrect scrollbar behavior

I don't know how scrollbar works in Klipper but it doesn't show correctly the last selected item neither resets to show top item in the list. For me it always jumps over 2 or 3 items at the top of list items. See attached video for more info.

Confirmed on KDE Neon Unstable.

Adjust clipboard size to more items (default 7).
Add lots of content.
When opening klipper it is scrolled down a few lines instead of being at the top.
