Description Zelko Rocha 2020-11-09 06:55:59 UTC
SUMMARY
Ark add 'delete files after compression' feature

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Compress to archive with ark
2. show compress options

OBSERVED RESULT
I often compress files for archive. Each time the compress done, I need delete files manually.
Even if I just select some files in a folder and do other action in dolphin, I will forget which file be selected. So I wish have a easy way to resolve it.

EXPECTED RESULT

Like with the button can more easy to use

If you think the option is an unsafe action(rm -f), maybe just move files to trash is better.
Thank you very much.

This would be an important feature for me, too. This is a 2 years old feature request, but it's still valid also on Plasma 5.27.
Please consider to add this feature if possible.

+1 for this request. It's missing also in Plasma 6.3 and it would be great to have it.
Thanks!
