SUMMARY
When you click the "Create" button after filling out the new user form, nothing happens and no user is created.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to the users KCM
2. Click "Add New User"
3. Fill out the fullname, username, password and confirm password fields
- full name: asdf
- username: asdf
- password: asdf
- confirm password: asdf
4. Click the "Create" button

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens, not even console log activity

EXPECTED RESULT
A new user should be created
