SUMMARY
Dragging a png file into the krita window causes the computer system to completely freeze, except for the mouse. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Save png onto desktop
2. Open krita and open a file
3. Drag png into the krita window

OBSERVED RESULT
Complete freeze except for mouse movement.

EXPECTED RESULT
Small options window to pop up displaying options for opening the png. 

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Pop!_OS 20.10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
png file is 823x1000 pixels.

Can you please also test with the appimage? I cannot reproduce the issue.

After trying to drag and drop files into windows in general, this seems to be a Pop!_OS issue. Thank you for addressing this so quickly.
