SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro Linux 20.2
KDE Plasma Version: 20.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.75.0
Qt Version: 5.15.1
Kernel 5.8.18-1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've seen this using every KDE Plasma version for the last 2 or 3 years. That's the time I've been using Linux.
I mean versions 5.18.*, 5.19.*, 5.20.*
It's happened on several computers.
I use a Monitor and a TV.
My solution is to set "Unify Outputs". This is not a good solution because the resolution of the 2 devices is not exactly the same and in the process of Login there's a glitch when the monitor adapts to the resolution of the TV (a bit bigger).

I read in a Manjaro forum I should install ...
Desktop Effects > Background contrast

I did it and now I can't reproduce this bug.
It seems this trick solves the problem.

Greetings!
