I mean, versions 5.17.*, 5.18.*, 5.19.*, 5.20.*
I'm not able to reproduce this issue in Plasma 5.27, which has a *ton* of multi-monitor improvements to fix issues such as this one. Can you please upgrade to 5.27.4 or later and try again? Thanks!

Tested with this new configuration ... · KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4 · KDE Frameworks Version: 5.104.0 · Qt Version: 5.15.8 · Kernel: 6.1.25-1 OBSERVED RESULT: Splash Screen = None (Monitor 1) Splash Screen = None (Monitor 2) So it's solved! Thanks a lot!
