SUMMARY
Can't start it program at all. I am just guessing something is missing or not started but there is no information what is wrong.

$kcmshell5 kcm_wacomtablet

OBSERVED RESULT
Couldn't start kglobalaccel from org.kde.kglobalaccel.service: QDBusError("org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Spawn.ChildSignaled", "Process org.kde.kglobalaccel received signal 6")
org.kde.wacomtablet.kcm: DBus interface not available

EXPECTED RESULT
It starting

I think the problem is that kglobalaccel5 seems to be crashing (signal 6 is abort) on startup for some reason
Try running kglobalaccel5 from a terminal and share the output here

There is no output.

$ kglobalaccel5 -v
kglobalaccel 0.2

IT doesn'T seem to do anything either, after pressing enter just nothing happens
