SUMMARY
The current cursor theme does not really seem to fit with other Breeze UI elements. This is rather prominent when it comes to the colors used for some cursors.

Also the overall style and design paradigm might be a bit off.

This has already been discussed at the Consistency BoF at Academy 2020. Views on this were mixed.

Might be better tracked in Phabricator as subtask of Breeze evolution.

Yes, this needs to be a design discussion, not a bug report. As is, this is not actionable at all. See https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Issue_Reporting#Step_1:_Make_sure_it.27s_a_valid_bug_or_feature_request

We will need to answer the following questions:
- What's wrong with current one tat needs fixing or improving?
- What do we want to change it into?
