SUMMARY
Kontact crashes consistently upon opening 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Kontact
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Error message:  The Email program encountered a fatal error and will terminate now. The error was: Could not create collection outbox, resourceId 3

Could not install debug traceback for Kontact / KDE pim (none in OpenSUSE's repositories) so tried running from Konsole to see if I can get some more details on the error:

$ kontact
