After wake up from suspend with no connected ac-adapter battery monitor is fixed.
Sorry the propper STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Plugged ac-adapter 2. Suspend laptop 3. Unplug ac-adapter 4. Wake-up from suspend when ac-adapter not connected
