SUMMARY
After selecting an avatar in system settings it´s not shown on the lock screen. Changes seems to have no effect. Also the preview is looking very pixeled and wrongly scaled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings, select user configuration.
2. Change avatar
3. Lock out or reboot

OBSERVED RESULT
New avatar is not shown on the lock screen. Still default avatar.

EXPECTED RESULT
New avatar is shown on the lock screen.
