STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Make a softlink to a folder with music inside any folder in the library paths 2. Disable force file indexing if you have it enabled 3. OBSERVED RESULT Elisa does not find any songs EXPECTED RESULT Elisa follows the link and shows the songs SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.75.0 Qt Version: 5.15.1 Kernel Version: 5.9.2-arch1-1 OS Type: 64-bit ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Works for me if I put some music in ~ and then create a symlink to that folder and put them symlink in ~/Music. Can you provide more details regarding the location of the music and your configured music search paths?
Sorry for the late reply, I have my songs stored in the default steam library (/home/user/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/music/). Overall I think settings are pretty messed up since when I activate "force file indexing" close and reopen Elisa the setting stays but when I enter settings it reverts automatically without even hitting apply

If I create ~/things, put a song inside it and make a symlink to ~/things from Music it works but as soon as I click "Refresh Music Collection" it disappears
