SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.688.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I have reported this several times. The last time I reported this I was told to upgrade to the latest version of Kubuntu. I have been using Linux for many years and all software needs a password to install. Is this a security risk? Did Linux Ubuntu Kubuntu change their policies? We are living in strange times and I need to know if my operating system is secure.
