STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. search for "trash" and "plasma renderer" kcms in apps launcher and open them
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
kcms launched in the step 1 have unnecessary vertical scrollbar.

EXPECTED RESULT
no unnecessary scrollbar

I've just tested this on my user with all defaults and cannot reproduce.

Can you please test on a new user as it may be a config change that's caused it.

I have reinstalled neon unstable a few hours ago and this bug is still reproducible.

I can confirm this. My trash had more than one item listed as I have multiple partitions mounted so it wasn't showing for me before but after un-mounting them it does.

No longer reproducible.
