SUMMARY

Attempting to navigate through the location bar into a folder within a folder that has # character in it's name is not possible, rather it throws you back one folder.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a folder "#test"
2. Create a folder "test2" within that "#test" folder
3. Navigate into "#test" folder and in the location bar add "/test2" attempting to navigate into the folder, and it won't work.

OBSERVED RESULT
Throws you back one folder

EXPECTED RESULT
Navigates into the folder specified in the navigation bar
