SUMMARY
Keyboard layout is hidden by default under Wayland session, and its icon is different from Xorg (It is an icon of a keyboard which is not useful at all, because I want to see the initials of the selected language)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Wayland session.
2. Click on the arrow next to the clock.
3. Check the icon of Keyboard Layout.

OBSERVED RESULT
It is hidden by default, and it is an icon of a keyboard instead of the initials of the selected language.

EXPECTED RESULT
The initials of the selected language.

Confirmed on Plasma 5.20.3 Qt 5.15.1 and KF 5.75.0. Icon is not showing layouts.

This was fixed in Plasma 5.21; I'm using it right now. :)
