Language settings window

SUMMARY
Kate for MacOS it not localised.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Install and launch Kate on MacOS.
Open Settings > Configure Language
In the menu, only American English is available in the list.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
macOS: macOS 10.14.6 (18G4032) aka Mojave
Kate: Version 20.08.1
KDE Frameworks: 5.74.0
Qt: 5.15.1 (built against 5.15.1)
The cocoa windowing system

It has been fixed in last versions.
