SUMMARY

With an AMD RX590, using the Oibaf PPA drivers, I'll experience graphical artifacts every 10-20 minutes or so. It will appear as though a portion of the screen is stuck in place, and will ignore the rest of the screen around it. For instance, if using a web browser, you can scroll down but part of the window won't update to indicate that you have, while another part does. I managed to grab a screenshot of this effect (occurring within the shader wallpaper).

If I go to the compositor settings, and toggle the rendering backend to OpenGL 2.0, apply, then switch it back to OpenGL 3.1, this fixes all graphical errors temporarily.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hang out doing whatever it is you do
2. Watch as the graphical errors appear
