SUMMARY
When increase volume from Fn button appear informative window that show sound volume. When is checked raise maximum volume this window show maximum 100% 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Check raise maximum volume
2. Increase volume more than 100%
3. Look at the informational window

OBSERVED RESULT
Only 100% is showed

EXPECTED RESULT
more than 100% need to be showed

Like on video, i try some other themes but perpectage dissapear, the same thing, not show when volume is bigger than 100%.

May be plasma shell write logs, and i attach it to bug report? Logs can help to understand situation better.
