SUMMARY
Touchpad settings menu is incomplete it doesn't show setting for middle click

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. go to input devices->touchpad
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Last option displayed is text label "Middle-click:" but there are no radio button options for it select the behavior of the middle click

I'm not able to replicate this consistently but after going in and out of the Touchpad section sometimes those options for Middle Click aren't there.

I'm going to set it as confirmed as it needs looking at.

Also when the options did appear the "Middle-click:" was not aligned properly with the radio buttons like Right-click is.
