SUMMARY
When laptop screen dims due to inactivity, it does not restore to original brightness when activity resumes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Allow computer to idle for amount of time to engage "Dim Screen" setting
2. After screen dims, try to move mouse, type on keyboard, use touchpad, etc.

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen stays at "dimmed" level

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen brightness should restore to user selected level.

I have not had this problem in some time, and am closing this old bug.
