Error Merssage

SUMMARY

I was delighted to see the issue with windows builds failing was fixed when I checked Jenkins this morning. Sadly though, KMyMoney fails to launch with an error; missing library. This error related to both the kmymoney-master-928-windows-msvc2019_64-cl.exe and kmymoney-5.1-808-windows-msvc2019_64-cl.exe builds. Same error. The error message reads;
The code execution cannot proceed because KF5KDELibs4Support.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix tis problem.
Contrary to the message, reinstalling either build does not solve the problem.

Thanks, Ralph. I'll D/L and test once the build completes.

I know it's late, but resetting state as we don't use VERIFIED for anything.
