Cursor size dropdown

SUMMARY
IIRC, the dropdown should show three icons in different sizes but now they look the same.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to system settings
2. Open cursors module
3. Click the size dropdown

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons in the dropdown are in same size

EXPECTED RESULT
Icons in the dropdown should be in different sizes, as the number indicated

Confirmed on KDE Neon Unstable, cursors are all the same size in preview. They are applied correctly if selected though.

So this seems like a regression in the preview drop down.
