Setting times for events and todo doesn't save defaults to 12:00am

SUMMARY
Setting times for events and todo doesn't save. When I click apply, the time defaults to 12:00am

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Installed this way from Software manager 
2.

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect it would save the times set for appointments, events and todos.

This is probably fixed in a later version.  (You're Canadian, eh?)  See bug 410167.  If you can't upgrade, try switching to an American English locale, or maybe adjust the "A.M."/"P.M." indicator in you default time format to get rid of the periods.
