Google blocked apps from accessing the clipboard from android 10 and forward. With this kde connect does not work as intended. I propose to add a infobox inside the apps settingsmenu to let people know of the issue.

Other apps have managed to get clipboard access back by using the read_logs permission. See here for an example: https://joaoapps.com/AutoApps/Help/Info/com.joaomgcd.join/android_10_read_logs.html

couldn't kdeconnect offer the same workaround to get clipboard access working again?

This seems to have been fixed, as there is a "SEND CLIPBOARD" action in the notification now
